All competition Terms and Conditions

  1.  By entering any competition hosted by the Middleton Shopping Centre digitally or physically you are agreeing to the full terms and condition and that the management have the right to disqualify any winner/s at any time for any reason.
  2. The winner will have to collect their prize from the Middleton Shopping Centre in Person,  otherwise communicated. If the prize is unclaimed, another winner will be randomly picked from the entries received within the competition date. The original winner will be notified by a private message via social media account they entered with before another replacement winner is picked if they have failed to acknowledge their prize.
  3. The prize draw will take place as per the dates and times written in the competition/s posts
  4. All winners will agree to have a photo of their collection/ use and posts about their prize/s shared by Middleton shopping centre for Marketing purposes on any marking platform at any time.
  5. All entrants must be aged eighteen or over. Proof of age will be required on occasion. The prize is not transferable, none exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
  6. The winner will be chosen at random, and the management team’s decision is final.
  7. The winner will be contacted within two working days of the closing date.
  8. Winners must respond to Middleton Shopping Centre within 7 days of being notified of their prize, otherwise, the management team reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  9. Entries can only be accepted via Middleton Shopping Centre Facebook page and Middleton Shopping Centre Instagram page.
  10. Employees of Middleton Shopping Centre, their families, its third-party suppliers or their employees, its retailers or those who work within the Middleton’s stores  are not permitted to enter this competition.
  11. Additional terms and condition may apply to a individual competition. In this case all terms and conditions apply
  12.  The Middleton Shopping Centre Management team’s decision is final.

Middleton Shopping Centre Valentine’s Giveaway – Terms and Conditions (2026)

1. Competition details

1.1 The competition is a Valentine’s themed giveaway to win a “Valentine’s Treat for Two” prize bundle worth £100, made up of:

  • £75 voucher for Reformer Central Pilates
  • £25 gift card for The Coffee House

1.2 The competition will run on Middleton Shopping Centre’s official Facebook and Instagram channels.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to UK residents. Entrants must be able to collect the prize in person from Middleton Shopping Centre.

2.2 Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter.

2.3 Employees of Middleton Shopping Centre, Reformer Central Pilates, The Coffee House, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter

3.1 To enter the competition, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  • Follow Middleton Shopping Centre
  • Follow Reformer Central Pilates
  • Like the competition post
  • Comment on the competition post tagging @Reformer Central
  • Share the competition post to their feed

3.2 Entries that do not meet all entry requirements may be disqualified.

4. Competition dates

4.1 The competition opens on Tuesday 27 January 2026.

4.2 The competition closes on Tuesday 10 February 2026 at 11:59pm.

4.3 Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

5. Winner selection and announcement

5.1 The winner will be selected by Middleton Shopping Centre after the competition closing date.

5.2 The winner will be contacted directly via the social media account used to enter.

5.3 The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If no response is received, Middleton Shopping Centre reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5.4 The winner will be announced on Saturday 14 February 2026 on Middleton Shopping Centre’s social media channels.

6. Prize collection and publicity

6.1 The winner must collect the prize in person from Middleton Shopping Centre.

6.2 A winner photo will be taken at prize collection for use in Middleton Shopping Centre marketing and social media.

6.3 By entering the competition, participants agree to reasonable publicity connected with the competition, including the use of their name and image in winner announcement content.

7. Prize conditions

7.1 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

7.2 The Reformer Central Pilates voucher must be redeemed in line with Reformer Central’s booking terms and availability.

7.3 The Coffee House gift card must be redeemed in line with The Coffee House gift card terms and conditions.

7.4 Middleton Shopping Centre is not responsible for any additional costs associated with prize redemption.

8. General

8.1 Middleton Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition where necessary.

8.2 Middleton Shopping Centre reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

8.3 By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

9. Data protection

9.1 Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

9.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
