All competition Terms and Conditions
- By entering any competition hosted by the Middleton Shopping Centre digitally or physically you are agreeing to the full terms and condition and that the management have the right to disqualify any winner/s at any time for any reason.
- The winner will have to collect their prize from the Middleton Shopping Centre in Person, otherwise communicated. If the prize is unclaimed, another winner will be randomly picked from the entries received within the competition date. The original winner will be notified by a private message via social media account they entered with before another replacement winner is picked if they have failed to acknowledge their prize.
- The prize draw will take place as per the dates and times written in the competition/s posts
- All winners will agree to have a photo of their collection/ use and posts about their prize/s shared by Middleton shopping centre for Marketing purposes on any marking platform at any time.
- All entrants must be aged eighteen or over. Proof of age will be required on occasion. The prize is not transferable, none exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
- The winner will be chosen at random, and the management team’s decision is final.
- The winner will be contacted within two working days of the closing date.
- Winners must respond to Middleton Shopping Centre within 7 days of being notified of their prize, otherwise, the management team reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Entries can only be accepted via Middleton Shopping Centre Facebook page and Middleton Shopping Centre Instagram page.
- Employees of Middleton Shopping Centre, their families, its third-party suppliers or their employees, its retailers or those who work within the Middleton’s stores are not permitted to enter this competition.
- Additional terms and condition may apply to a individual competition. In this case all terms and conditions apply
- The Middleton Shopping Centre Management team’s decision is final.
