Inspired by their homeland Salento in Southern Italy, we present our new Café Salento in Middleton offering a mixture of the two cultures. As coffee culture is an essential part of Italian life, the cafe will be offering a wide range of coffees to suit every palate. And for those not so keen on coffee there is a range of speciality teas by Teapigs and also the traditional variations. Their passion for baking comes from the traditional Italian “Pasticceria” blended with the influences of English baking, bringing a mixture of delights such as, almond biscuits, Victoria sponge cakes and much more! Café Salento offers a unique style of Sweet or Savoury crepes – the Italian version of these sweet delicacies will be sure to make your mouth water.
