The health and wellbeing of all our retailers and customers is of paramount importance to us. In accordance with advice from the Government and the NHS, social distance guidelines are in place as well as a strict cleaning regime. Please can we ask that during your visit you follow instruction, shop safely and respectfully, and wear a mask while in the shopping centre.
Please note some retailers may be operating at reduced hours as they review their operations and staff requirements. I am sure you can understand that they are all operating under exceptional circumstances and will require an amount of adjustment. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our shoppers, employees and the public for their continued support and understanding.
Please note that the liability for wearing a face covering lies with each individual and therefore we ask shoppers to be mindful of their own and other people’s safety whilst in the shopping centre. Whilst we recognise that there are exceptions, we ask that you please be respectful to staff members if you are approached and asked to wear one.
