As a key business within Middleton, Middleton Shopping Centre is aware of the need to lead rather than follow when creating perfect partnerships with community stakeholders.

The town centre is the modern day village green, the hub of the community and a meeting place providing local people with an opportunity to come together in one location. The work within the local community is therefore intended to provide an environment in which the public can learn, develop and grow.

Town Centre and Markets

Middleton Town Centre Management Company is dedicated to improving the vitality and viability of Middleton Town Centre and is committed to continuous improvement. Middleton TCM is made up of representatives from Rochdale Council, GMPTE, Middleton Shopping Centre, Tesco, JW Lees Brewery, & Hopwood Hall College.

This is an exciting time for the regeneration of Middleton Town Centre with the continous of the new Middleton Arena and Tesco store which will link in with the modern Middleton Gardens and Shopping Centre. Tying all these developments together and ensuring a high quality shopping environment is maintained is key to our aim.
